INFORMATION ON DONATIONS
Our warehouse is located at 19405 Riverside Drive in Sonoma, and sits between the front and rear entrances to our Riverside store. We genuinely appreciate your support of Bon Marche Thrift Stores, and you are welcome to drop off your donations each:
MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY from 10:00AM to 4:00PM.
For furniture and large items, please call for appointment.
While we are very grateful for your donations, please understand that there are items we cannot accept. We cannot take items that have mold or mildew, stains, tears, foul odors (i.e. urine and smoke), significant scratches and gouges, broken/missing parts, mattresses, televisions, printers, household toxics, paint, batteries, large desks, out of season items (i.e. Christmas in July), and any other items we deem to be unsellable.
Additionally, while some of our customers appreciate small projects, most are not interested in labor intensive projects, like reupholstery, therefore we cannot take "project" pieces. Please understand that refuse fees are expensive, and our charity cannot support these costs. Please be advised that it is illegal to dump items at our store outside of business hours.
